From the knowledgeable young woman who answered the after hours and talked me off the ledge to the tech who came out, nothing less than impressive. I received a phone call from the tech, Chris, notifying me he would be arriving in 20 minutes. Pulled up at 9, the time of set appointment (basically unheard of in Florida). Chris got right to work after introducing himself with a handshake that would have pleased my Dad. He checked the system thoroughly, ran diagnostics and gave me a couple of pointers to do on my own. In all, I am so grateful for the professionalism, thoroughness and kindness of Chris, Cooling Dynamics has my loyalty and will not hesitate to refer them."

""Just had a visit from Francel and I was impressed and very glad we called Cooling Dynamics! We purchased a home in PC in April 2018 and have had problems with the unit freezing up. The previous owners had a maintenance contract on the a/c until March 2019. We called them and were given the diagnosis of lots of tears and rips in the ductwork that needed repairs to the tune of $2,450!

Francel assured me that the ductwork looked fine and we only needed some insulation in the attic. He did not try to sell or recommend anyone for the insulation job. I have signed up for a new maintenance contract with Cooling Dynamics! Feels good after just moving here to be able to find a trustworthy company while having lots of other repairs to deal with on the older home we just purchased!!"

"Excellent company to work with, very honest, and took the time to diagnose and repair the problem correctly. I called around 2:30 PM when I noticed my system not working and, despite an already full schedule for the day, Francel was at my house by 5:30 PM and had the problem repaired by 7. He even had to make a trip back to the shop to get the correct part during that time. Can't thank this company enough. Also, he was very good with our 3 yr old son, who talked his ear off the entire time he was here. Don't look any further than this company for A/C work."
